2010 CLEARFIELD Canola Future Shop Gift Card Promotional Offer

Terms & Conditions

This gift card promotion is a marketing program sponsored by BASF Canada Inc. This promotion is open only to CLEARFIELD® canola growers in the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and the Peace Region in British Columbia. Participants and/or individuals receiving the gift card(s) must be 18 years of age or older. Offer Details:

For each 160 acres (but not for parts thereof) of CLEARFIELD canola hybrid or CLEARFIELD Nexera™ variety purchased* between October 1, 2009 and January 31, 2010, a farm will receive one (1) $250 Future Shop® gift card, to a maximum per farm of six (6) Future Shop gift cards (e.g. a grower who orders 960 acres will receive six (6) gift cards; 200 acres will receive only one (1) gift card).

Gift cards have been ordered by BASF from Future Shop; Future Shop is not a sponsor of the promotion and is not involved in any way in conducting this program. The gift card must be accepted as awarded. No substitution will be made.

* A completed purchase is required in order to receive a gift card. Growers must visit their CLEARFIELD canola retail and buy their seed by January 31st in order to qualify.

Notification:

Growers receiving gift cards will be contacted by letter with complete details.

Returns & Uncommitted Acres:

Growers who return product during the 2010 growing season, or who have not signed a CLEARFIELD Commitment form by the July 9, 2010 deadline, will have the value of their Future Shop gift card(s) deducted from their 2010 GrowForward™ Rewards payment. If the grower is not eligible for a GrowForward reward, he will be invoiced for the value of the gift cards received.
